Mag. Klavdija Erjavec works mainly in the field of labour law. She was awarded the Master of Law title for her master thesis entitled “Change of Employer in the Practice of the Court of Justice of the European Communities and Domestic Courts”. Before her career as an attorney, she worked as a legal consultant in a large company. In the past, she acquired experience also in the judicature. She is a mediator at the Labour and Social Court in Ljubljana and is often invited to hold lectures at various training courses in the field of labour law and social security law.
