Public Procurement

Public procurements are an important part of business for many of our clients. Especially in this area of the law, we have developed  know-how which offers support both to contracting authorities (entities who are obligated to assign orders based on the Public Procurement Act – ZJN-2 or Act Regulating Public Procurement in Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services – ZJNVETPS) as well as tenderers.

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act – ZJN-2 and Act Regulating Public Procurement in Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services – ZJNVETPS, we provide the following services for contracting authorities:

  • The complete coordination of public procurement.
  • Consulting services for specific steps taken in the process of awarding public works contracts.
  • Audit consulting.

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act – ZJN-2 and Act Regulating Public Procurement in Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services – ZJNVETPS, we provide the following service for tenderers:

  • Consulting services for specific steps taken in the process of tender submission.
  • Representing tenderers during the opening of their bids and exercising the right to view competitive bids.
  • The filing of audit requests, letters of reprimand that conform with decisions made by the contracting authority, and requests for further information about tender submissions.

For tenderers and contracting authorities we prepare and coordinate workshops and training programs that focus on different aspects of public procurements. Workshops and training programs are adapted to the specific area that the interested tenderer or contracting authority is active in, thus providing training for their employees which enable them to process public procurements independently.
