In the field of labour law, we advise on all issues arising from employment relations, relations between the employer and the employee, working conditions, contractual regulation of employment relations and termination of employment. We advise employers with regard to the drafting of all the acts that are necessary for regulating employment relations (collective agreements, general acts, employment agreements, other types of agreements related to labour law, etc.) and if agreed, we also draft them. We advise and participate in disciplinary procedures and procedures for termination of employment. We mediate in resolving conflicts between employers and employees. We represent employers and employees before the courts and other authorities.
